The role aims to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, and facilitating root cause analysis. Additionally, you will identify ideas to improve system performance, analyze client requirements, and collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts. Coding and ensuring optimal software/module development will be a key aspect of the role. This includes determining operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will also compile comprehensive and accurate documentation, coordinate with the team on project status, and provide feedback on usability. Status reporting and customer focus are essential on an ongoing basis with respect to project execution. This involves capturing all requirements and clarifications from the client, taking feedback regularly, participating in education and training, and ensuring good quality interaction with customers through various channels. Key performance parameters include continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software, quality and customer satisfaction, as well as MIS and reporting. Mandatory skills for this role include MSD365 Customization and Configuration, with a required experience of 5-8 years.
