.NET Developer/Lead

As a .NET Developer/Lead at our organization in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for executing the development pipeline and delivering our software products to QA and production. Working closely with the product owner and team members, you will decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks. Your expertise in utilizing automated software test tools and frameworks such as test-driven development will be crucial in achieving software quality standards. Additionally, you will support integration efforts to build whole systems from various subsystems and collaborate with the release manager to drive improvements in the release process. Identifying technology risks early and establishing mitigation plans will be part of your responsibilities, along with prototyping, validating, and creating specific application solutions for the business. In this role, you will respond to and resolve production incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems, and collaborate with development teams to deploy and release new features and updates. Your continuous efforts to optimize application performance and efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our projects. The expertise you bring to this position includes strong communication skills, experience in leading a team technically, and proficiency in .Net Coding specifically .Net core with New Versions. Cloud knowledge, preferably GCP, and expertise in Messaging (Any), Aerospike (High-Performance NoSQL Database), MySQL, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or AeroSpike will be advantageous.
