Key Responsibilities ● Strategic Sales Development: Devise and implement a sales strategy to drive SAP-related revenue growth in Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat regions. ● Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders, understanding their business needs and positioning VTS SAP solutions effectively. ● Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities for SAP offerings, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP, addressing customer pain points and industry demands. ● Solution Selling: Promote the value of VTS services such as SAP Application Management Services (AMS), implementation, upgrades, and cloud migrations, ensuring tailored solutions for clients. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to craft customized solutions that maximize business value for clients. ● SAP Relationship: Strong connectivity with SAP across India and ability to align with the principals direction towards market and technology ● Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in areas such as SAP, RPA, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and infrastructure, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities. ● Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Job Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. ● 12 to 15 years in SAP sales and business development, with a strong focus on the Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat markets. ● Proven success in selling SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP. ● Experience in solution selling for SAP services such as AMS, implementation, upgrades, and migrations. ● Industry Network: Established relationships with CIOs, decision-makers, and IT industry stakeholders.
