Negotiation Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Description: We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our firm as a Negotiation Legal Administrative Assistant. Your primary responsibilities will include communication with insurance adjusters, following up with adjusters to confirm receipt of documents, obtaining and discussing settlement offers on personal injury cases, working closely with attorneys and paralegals to obtain supplemental information required by insurance adjusters, following up on the status of personal injury settlement checks, data entry, providing daily administrative support to a team of negotiators, and handling other general administrative duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, possesses a good phone presence, demonstrates great organizational skills, exhibits the confidence and authoritativeness necessary to deal effectively with insurance adjusters, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to succeed. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of previous administrative experience. While experience with insurance companies is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Please note that the work schedule is based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) firm hours.
