Job Purpose: The Assistant / Deputy Manager Commercial (Marketing) will be responsible for Handling OEM customers, Managing RFQs, Negotiating pricing, and Driving Techno-Commercial activities for steel and stamping commodities. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation capabilities, and expertise in budgeting and raw material price trends. Key Roles & Responsibilities: OEM Customer Handling Manage key OEM customers, especially in the South region, including Renault Nissan, Hyundai, KIA, and Stellantis. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs to ensure smooth commercial operations. RFQ Management – Pricing & Tecno-Commercial Handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) for various projects. Work closely with Engineering Department for all ECN’s Knowledge about Bill of Materials (BOM) and with detailed price breakdowns. Ensure competitive pricing strategies while maintaining profitability. Budgeting & Financial Planning Assist in annual budget preparation and long-term 5-year business planning. Monitor and Work Raw material price movements Reporting & Presentation Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and analyze data in Excel for commercial decision-making. Generate reports on pricing, cost impact, and market trends. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and pricing skills. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis). Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting. Knowledge of steel and stamping commodities in the automotive sector.
