**Job Title:** NEET Chemistry Faculty **Location:** Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu **Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 per month **Languages:** English and Tamil (Tamil is a must) **Joining:** Immediate ### Job Summary: Thinkerz Hub is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry faculty to teach NEET aspirants. The candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive lessons, mentoring students, and facilitating their exam preparation in Chemistry. Proficiency in both English and Tamil is required to effectively communicate and engage with the local student community. ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging and clear lectures covering the NEET Chemistry syllabus. - Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress. - Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support. - Supervise practical sessions and teach lab safety and experiment procedures. - Keep updated with the latest NEET exam patterns and syllabus changes. - Motivate and mentor students to achieve their full academic potential. - Collaborate with fellow faculty for curriculum enhancement and student performance improvement. - Maintain student records and provide timely feedback to students and parents. - Ensure a disciplined and positive learning environment. ### Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field. - Prior experience teaching NEET Chemistry is preferred (minimum 1 year). - Fluency in Tamil and English (Tamil mandatory for local engagement). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. - Commitment to student success and continuous self-improvement. - Willingness to join immediately.
