NDT Level III

Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site NDT Level III professional located in Vadodara. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and performing non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical leadership to the team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining NDT procedures, training personnel, conducting audits, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality assurance. Additionally, you will be involved in documentation and reporting of inspection results. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and perform non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures - Ensure compliance with industry standards - Provide technical leadership to the team - Develop and maintain NDT procedures - Train personnel in NDT disciplines - Conduct audits and collaborate with other departments for quality assurance - Document and report inspection results Qualifications Required: - Expertise in NDT methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Eddy Current Testing (ET) - Experience in developing, reviewing, and approving NDT procedures and techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting NDT findings and recommending corrective actions - Ability to train, mentor, and certify personnel in NDT disciplines - Certification as NDT Level III in relevant methods per ASNT, ISO 9712, or equivalent standards - Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting - Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards such as ASME, API, or ASTM - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
