NDT Level-II Quality Engineer Eddy Current Testing

As an NDT Level-II Quality Engineer specializing in Eddy Current Testing, your role will involve performing NDT inspections such as Eddy Current Testing, UT, PT, MT, and RT according to standards and client specifications. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining NDT inspection reports, calibration records, and traceability documentation. Ensuring adherence to ASNT, ASTM, and ISO quality standards will be a crucial aspect of your job. Collaborating with production and quality teams to identify defects and implement corrective measures will be essential. You will also contribute to QA/QC documentation and participate in both internal and client audits. Prioritizing safety protocols and adhering to quality control guidelines on-site and in the plant are expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Perform NDT inspections including Eddy Current Testing, UT, PT, MT, and RT as per standards and client requirements. - Prepare and maintain NDT inspection reports, calibration records, and traceability documentation. - Ensure compliance with ASNT, ASTM, and ISO quality standards. - Coordinate with production and quality teams for defect identification and corrective actions. - Support QA/QC documentation and participate in internal and client audits. - Maintain safety procedures and follow quality control guidelines on site and in the plant. Qualification Required: - Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Certification in NDT Level-II (Eddy Current Testing ASNT SNT-TC-1A Latest Edition) Skills Required: - Proficiency in Eddy Current Testing (ECT), NDT documentation, and defect analysis. - Knowledge of fabrication and weld inspection standards (IS / ASME / ASTM). - Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and inspection methodologies. - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
