NDT Level II QC Executive

Job Title: NDT Level II QC Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Salary: ₹38,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• NDT Inspections: Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) as per ASNT Level II certification.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications through rigorous testing and inspection procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) in compliance with industry standards.
• Calibration & Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification: ASNT Level II certification in NDT methods (UT, PT, MT, RT).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in NDT inspections within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in NDT techniques and equipment.
