Check the Mivan technology form work & reinforcement of wall and roof slab and monitoring concreting. Concrete quality check at plant and at site. Wa1ls / Column marking checking. Single layer block work checks. Toilet & terrace waterproofing check. Final inspection for flats. Final inspection of common area. In house testing for materials. Random check on safety. Doing any other official works assigned by superiors. Submitting KRA & KP1 reports, Inspection reports & inputs for MRM. Planning & executing the calibration of monitoring & Measuring devices. Responsible for the quality of the materials and workmanship during both random non-mandatory and mandatory inspections.
