• Edit initial transcripts in Maithili for accuracy, clarity, and formatting
• Ensure consistency with transcription and segmentation guidelines
• Correct linguistic, spelling, grammar, and annotation errors

• Responsibilities:
• Review edited Maithili transcripts for correctness and quality
• Enforce adherence to all project guidelines
• Validate complex or ambiguous speech segments
  

• Headcount: 5
• Experience: 4+ years
• Responsibilities:
• Perform the final audit of reviewed Maithili transcripts
• Ensure 100% accuracy and full guideline compliance
• Approve or reject files based on quality thresholds
  

• 100 hours of Maithili transcription content
  

Requirements

• Native-level Maithili speakers (mandatory)
• Strong transcription experience (role-dependent)
• Must live at least 30 km away from the selected speakers in the collection project
• Each resource may perform only one role (Editor, Reviewer, or Auditor)
  

• India fully remote
• Candidates must be native speakers of Maithili
• Residency requirement: must be located 30 km or more from the audio contributors
