About the Role

We are looking for a Narrative Designer to craft engaging stories and dialogue for our interactive visual novel–style games. You will design branching narrative flows, character arcs, and dialogue that respond to player choices while aligning with gameplay and tone.

Responsibilities

• Write dialogue, character interactions, and narrative events.
• Design and implement branching story flows using dialogue graph tools.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate story with gameplay and visuals.
• Create character backstories, lore, and world-building elements.
• Ensure consistency of tone, pacing, and player agency across the narrative.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills, especially in dialogue-driven storytelling.
• Experience with interactive/branching narratives (games, visual novels, or similar).
• Experience in mystery, detective, or choice-driven genres.
• Ability to collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and programmers.
