Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Lucknow. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing information about the vehicles, and demonstrating their features. The Sales Consultant will also ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, follow-up, and support throughout the sales process. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory and staying informed about new models and features. Qualifications Skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of automotive technology is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
