Job Description We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 14 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing and Bench Sales. The ideal candidate must have strong experience marketing Bench Consultants across multiple visa categories and managing the complete Bench Sales cycle. Roles & Responsibilities Market Bench Consultants (H1/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC, and USC). Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients. Understand consultants’ resumes and reformat as per client/vendor requirements. Search and identify requirements from job boards, portals, and networking sources. Submit profiles, track submissions, and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate and schedule interviews with vendors/end clients. Communicate regularly with consultants regarding updates, submissions, and interviews. Handle the entire Bench Sales cycle independently. Required Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent) and related terms (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones). Hands-on experience with W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, and H1 Transfers. Proficiency in job boards: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, and other free portals. Strong sourcing skills (active and passive searches). Knowledge of contracts: NCA, NDA, Addendum, Memorandum. Ability to generate leads through cold calling and build new direct client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience working with candidates on H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD, GC, and US Citizens. Perks & Benefits Competitive salary and incentives.
