Key Responsibilities: Explore and implement strategies for achieving NAAC Accreditation and improving performance in NIRF, QS, and Times Higher Education Rankings. Provide guidance and strategic inputs in preparing and executing the Institutional Developmental Plan (IDP) as per UGC guidelines. Organize and lead NAAC and NIRF seminars, workshops, and training programs in coordination with departments and IQAC. Guide institutions on quality enhancement and sustenance practices, aligned with accreditation and ranking requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all academic and quality-related initiatives. Analyze institutional data and provide expert advice for continuous improvement in ranking and accreditation metrics. Design and implement Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), academic events, and capacity-building activities. Travel across India to support institutions through on-site training, evaluation, and consultancy. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: Proven experience in NAAC Accreditation and a strong understanding of NIRF, QS, and Times Ranking methodologies. Hands-on experience in drafting and executing Institutional Developmental Plans (IDP). Skilled in organizing quality-centric academic events such as seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Proficiency in interpreting and leveraging institutional data for accreditation and ranking success. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to academic development. Capable of working with multi-disciplinary teams to drive institutional growth.
