Mutual Funds Sales Executive

Location: Ernakulam – Piravom, Thykoodam, Kalamassery, Kakkanad, Kothamangalam, Kaloor, Edappally, M G Road Kochi, Thevara, Kolenchery, Infopark, Mattanchery, Palarivattom, Muvattupuzha, Vytilla
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing OR Freshers with excellent sales skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives
Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Alternate Saturdays off

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in Financial Products, Banking, or related fields. OR Freshers with excellent sales skills
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Investment Solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads via networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and financial market developments.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for sustained business growth.
• Execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
