Role Overview: As a Sales Associate in the Mutual Fund industry, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients, cross-sell financial products, and achieve set targets. You should have a good understanding of financial products and services, possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, and be results-oriented and target-driven. This role will require you to travel up to 70% within your assigned region to meet clients. Key Responsibilities: - New Client Acquisition - Cross-Selling of financial products - Achievement of Sales Targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week. The salary ranges from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month with attractive incentives. The job also offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. Please note that willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region is required for this role. Bachelor's degree is a mandatory qualification, and preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience.
