Role Description

full-time, on-site Music Teacher role

The Music Teacher will:

Teach music (piano/keyboards and vocals) to students across grades.

Organize and conduct music classes, practice sessions, and school music events.

Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations.

Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into the broader school curriculum.

Handle students in a professional and engaging manner to nurture their musical talents.

Qualifications

Proficiency in playing musical instruments, especially piano/keyboards.

Strong vocal skills and ability to teach vocals.

Certification from Trinity College London, ABRSM, or equivalent is mandatory.

Experience in teaching music in schools (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Solid knowledge of music theory and various musical genres.

Ability to create interactive and engaging music lessons.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well with students and staff.

A degree in Music Education or a related field is an added advantage.
