Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Type: Part-time / Full-time (as applicable) Location : Varthur Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our academy, with expertise in teaching guitar, vocals (Indian/Western) , drums, and piano . The ideal candidate should have a strong musical background, the ability to work with students of varying age groups and skill levels, and a flexible, engaging teaching style. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group lessons for guitar, drums, and piano Create structured lesson plans tailored to individual student needs Prepare students for performances, competitions, and internal recitals Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback Foster a fun, motivating, and disciplined learning environment Collaborate with the academy team on scheduling and events Support academy initiatives, workshops, and annual concerts Requirements: Proficiency in playing and teaching guitar, drums, vocals (Indian/Western) and piano Prior teaching experience in a music academy or school (preferred) Ability to teach beginners through advanced-level students Good communication and interpersonal skills Patience and enthusiasm for working with children, teens, and adults Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs Degree/diploma in music or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits: Opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative environment Exposure to academy performances, events, and workshops Supportive team and professional development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
