Job Description

You are a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Murex MxML Integration and Murex Datamart & Reporting, specializing in Asset & Wealth Management. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of Murex solutions, providing technical guidance to the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring system performance. You are also responsible for staying updated with the latest Murex technology advancements, coordinating with stakeholders, providing training and mentorship to junior team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Lead the design and implementation of Murex MxML Integration solutions - Oversee the development and maintenance of Murex Datamart & Reporting - Provide technical guidance and support to team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices - Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes - Monitor system performance and implement optimizations - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Murex technology - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes You should possess extensive experience in Murex MxML Integration and Murex Datamart & Reporting, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a solid understanding of Asset & Wealth Management domain, proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.,
