Role Overview

Web Designer & Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development & Design:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites from concept to launch.
• Write clean, scalable code using

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  , and modern frameworks.
• Manage CMS platforms (WordPress,Webflow, or Shopify) and handle backend integrations.
• Conduct UI/UX audits to improve site navigation and conversion rates.

• Graphic Design:

• Create high-quality visual assets including logos, typography, infographics, and social media kits.
• Ensure all digital and print collateral align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare "web-ready" graphics optimized for speed and performance.

• Video Production:

  Edit raw footage into polished promotional videos, tutorials, or social media ads.
• Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and audio leveling to enhance video quality.
• Manage the full export process for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Web).

Technical Skills Required :

HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), JavaScript, Responsive Design, SEO Basics. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Adobe XD. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Git/GitHub, and hosting environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio:

  A diverse portfolio showcasing live websites, graphic design samples, and a video reel.

• Experience:

  3 to 5 years in a professional design or development role.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to switch between creative design thinking and logical coding problem-solving.

• Communication:

  Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders..
