Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for export/import-related financial settlements. Maintain records of foreign currency transactions, advances, and realizations. Assist in processing letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees, and export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP, duty drawback). 3. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. File GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with annual audits. Maintain compliance for FEMA and RBI guidelines related to foreign trade transactions. 4. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
