Multi-Trip Booking Agent

As a Multi Trip Booking Agent, your main responsibility will be to design, quote, and book multi-leg travel itineraries for clients. This includes arranging flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other related services. Your role will involve handling back-to-back and consecutive travel requests to ensure smooth transitions between legs and minimize downtime or conflicts. You will also be responsible for customizing travel plans based on client needs, preferences, and budget. - Design, quote, and book multi-leg travel itineraries for clients - Handle back-to-back and consecutive travel requests - Customize travel plans based on client needs, preferences, and budget - Monitor bookings for changes, disruptions, and cancellations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and travel records - Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and third-party travel providers - Stay informed on visa requirements, travel restrictions, and international regulations - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel - Prepare detailed travel documents, confirmations, and support materials - Ensure all bookings align with company or client travel policies and cost-efficiency targets - Previous experience in designing and booking multi-leg travel itineraries - Strong customer service skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Knowledge of visa requirements, travel restrictions, and international regulations - Familiarity with airline booking systems and travel industry practices Please note that the benefits include cell phone reimbursement and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.,
