Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Operations function of our NBFC / Credit Cooperative Society. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working at the Head Office level, managing end-to-end operations, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and team leadership across branches. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operations Management: Oversee daily operational functions across all branches and departments. Implement and streamline SOPs and ensure adherence to RBI/Registrar norms. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with RBI, ROC, Cooperative Department, or other statutory bodies. Coordinate audits (statutory, internal, concurrent) and ensure timely resolution of observations. Process Improvement: Drive automation and digital transformation of operational processes. Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions. Team & Branch Coordination: Supervise branch operations and support teams in achieving efficiency and TAT targets. Provide guidance and training to branch and head office operational staff. Product & Service Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan disbursements, deposits, and other financial services. Monitor service delivery standards and handle escalated customer issues. Vendor & Technology Coordination: Coordinate with CBS providers, IT vendors, and other third-party service providers for seamless operations. MIS & Reporting: Generate and analyze key operational MIS reports. Present operational performance updates to top management. Preferred Attributes: Experience with multi-branch operations. Sound understanding of microfinance, gold loan, or deposit-based business models. Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. Job Title: Office Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of office operations. The role involves day-to-day administrative assistance, banking work, document handling, and other office-related tasks. Candidates with their own two-wheeler and holding both two-wheeler and four-wheeler licenses will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support. Carry out banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearance, and other transactions. Collect, deliver, and submit documents to banks, clients, and government offices as required. Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence. Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed. Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documentation. Support coordination between departments for smooth operations. Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment. Perform additional duties assigned by management. Requirements: Basic knowledge of office operations and banking procedures.
