Mulesoft/Salesforce Integration Lead

Role Overview: At Atrium, you will be the go-to technical lead for complex integration projects, leveraging your strong expertise in MuleSoft to build robust and scalable integration flows. You will contribute to the established enterprise-wide integration strategy and roadmap, ensuring adherence to defined architecture standards, governance policies, and business objectives. As a part of the team, you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing reusable APIs using API-led connectivity, as well as providing technical mentorship to junior developers on integration best practices and MuleSoft development standards. Additionally, you will participate in proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new tools, MuleSoft features, and integration architectural patterns for enhancing delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the established enterprise-wide integration strategy and roadmap - Execute integration solutions following defined architecture standards, governance policies, and business objectives - Serve as the subject matter expert for MuleSoft implementation projects - Design, develop, and implement reusable APIs using API-led connectivity - Take technical ownership of complex integration solution delivery - Provide accurate technical scoping, effort estimation, and architectural input for integration components in proposals and client presentations - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers - Participate in proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new tools and integration architectural patterns - Work closely with technical architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to translate requirements into technical solutions Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT, specifically focused on integration development, design, and technical project leadership - Proven, expert-level knowledge of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Strong command of integration architecture principles, including event-driven architecture and various integration patterns - Solid understanding and experience of the Salesforce platform's data model, APIs, and key integration points - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (MCD) certification is good to have Additional Company Details: At Atrium, we believe in fostering a diverse workforce to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business.
