As a senior software engineer in this company, your role involves analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of top-notch software experiences. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both company and client products. Taking full stack ownership, you will consistently write production-ready and testable code. Emphasizing optimal design adhering to architectural best practices, you will consider scalability, reliability, and performance in defining technical designs. In case of failures, you will analyze and propose design changes for operational improvements. Your responsibilities also include making sound design and coding decisions, prioritizing customer experience, and incorporating feedback from code reviews to meet standards. Conducting code reviews to guide engineering best practices and ensure compliance with development procedures is essential. The ideal candidate should have leadership and people management skills, methodological expertise in software development and system designs, experience in DevOps environments, familiarity with integration patterns, tools, and technology trends. A strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, client/server systems, cloud-native principles, 12-factor app principles, and more than 8 years of knowledge in Mulesoft API development are required.
