MuleSoft Integration Engineer

You are a mature and experienced MuleSoft Integration Engineer who will be joining the project team using AWS cloud tools and a Java-based stack. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing, enhancing, and maintaining major engineering platforms shared across multiple domains - Collaborating with product, support, and infrastructure teams globally to promote a collaborative culture - Providing enablement platforms, streamlined processes, and development tooling to facilitate high-performing teams aligned with enterprise strategies and standards As a MuleSoft Integration Engineer, your key responsibilities will be: - Ensuring reliable DevSecOps practices for building, testing, release management, monitoring, and deployment of innovative solutions - Developing APIs to enable integrations between platforms using enterprise API development strategies and patterns - Promoting integration patterns, supporting API management solutions, and enabling high-performing engineering teams through maximum reusability of data services - Championing engineering initiatives and best practices by actively participating in product development teams to facilitate the adoption of practices and patterns - Defining enterprise-level architectural patterns and engaging in hands-on development through peer programming as required To excel in this role, you must have: - Fluency in modern technologies and platforms to ensure integrations meet industry recommendations and client demands - Experience with ServiceBus, APIs, API development (REST, GraphQL, microservices), and container technologies (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes) - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, microservice architecture, Java services for enterprises, and MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary to simplify complex solutions for technical and non-technical audiences. You should also possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to drive cultural change within organizations.
