Hiring WebMethods Support Engineers (4–8 yrs) to provide 24x7 monitoring, incident resolution, and production support for Reach and CDEx.Must have expertise in WebMethods 9.x/10.x, TN/EDI, IS services, CI/CD(Jenkins, GitHub),SQL, & Splunk monitoring. Required Candidate profile WebMethods Support Engineer with 4–8 yrs in SAG WebMethods, TN/EDI, IS Services, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub), SQL & Splunk. Skilled in production support, monitoring, and 24x7 on-call shifts.

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Engineering job family, supporting the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. Designs, develops and implements standardized methods, processes and systems and data mining tools. Completes day-to-day Information Management tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Works with both onsite (Scrum Master, Product, QA and Developers) and offshore QA team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria. Participate in daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges. Required Skills: Experience writing SQL queries to check the data in databases such as Oracle, MongoDB Working knowledge of GIT Repository, CICD (Jenkins) & Splunk. Experience in cloud technology such as PCF, Open Shift, AWS highly desirable. Knowledge of agile software development life cycle methodology. Prior industry experience (Pharmacy, Healthcare, etc) preferred. Must have good analytical and problem solving skills. Must have good communications skills both verbal and written. Required Experience & Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred, but not required. 4+ years of experience in developing Java services or API using Spring Boot.

You should possess a BE/ME/MCA qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry. Your primary skills should include expertise in webMethods development, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, effective communication skills to collaborate with US-based counterparts, and a quick learning ability to adapt to a wide range of technologies. Your responsibilities will involve designing integrations using webMethods tools, developing flow services, Java services, and adapter services. You should have hands-on experience in Universal Messaging publish/subscribe and request/response model, as well as JMS publish/subscribe and request/response. Furthermore, experience with major Adapters such as JDBC, SAP, SOAP, and REST, proficiency in Database Query and Unix command, and knowledge of various IS and MWS configurations and administration will be crucial for this role. Desirable skills include experience in Azure API Management, knowledge in Azure Data Factory, familiarity with Azure Function App and Logic App, as well as expertise in Azure Storage service.,
