As a MuleSoft Support Engineer at EY, you will be joining a team that is focused on providing exceptional support for integration solutions. With 3 to 4 years of experience in MuleSoft technologies, you will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, maintaining MuleSoft applications, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. Your passion for MuleSoft and dedication to high availability and performance will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Providing technical support for MuleSoft applications and integrations, guaranteeing high availability and performance. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications. - Assisting in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments. - Monitoring MuleSoft environments to optimize performance and security. - Collaborating with development teams to implement best practices for API design and integration. - Documenting support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations for future reference. - Participating in root cause analysis for incidents and contributing to preventive measures. - Staying updated with the latest MuleSoft features and best practices to enhance support capabilities. - Providing on-call support as needed and participating in support rotation. Skills And Attributes For Success: - 3-4 years of experience in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer certification. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, and API Manager. - Understanding of integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services. - Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with debugging MuleSoft applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and Git is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - MuleSoft Certified Developer certification. - Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic for performance analysis. - Understanding of cloud technologies and services like AWS and Azure.
