Role Overview: You have 8 years of IT experience with a BE in Computer Science from a reputed institute and at least 4 years of experience in MuleSoft API development and deployment. You possess good knowledge of various aspects such as Error Handling, API design for Use Cases, Data Weave, Aggregation, Map Object, Pluck Function, Security, Policies, API-LED Architecture, Integration Design Patterns, API Life Cycle, Encryption/Decryption, microservices, REST APIs, Graph QL, and Salesforce Connector. Additionally, you have experience in CI/CD pipelines, deploys, and versioning. You should have a good understanding of high-level system architecture focusing on efficiency and scalability, following best practices, and maintaining scalability. Knowledge of security best practices, event-driven architecture, and troubleshooting/debugging skills are essential. Other important skills include knowledge of data types, databases, code quality mindset, and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support the sales team in creating wins by ensuring % of proposals with Quality Index >7, timely support of proposals, identifying opportunities/leads to sell services, and leading proposals. - Take delivery responsibility in projects/programs and accounts by ensuring solution acceptance of Integration architecture, effective implementation of integration-approach/solution component, and providing delivery support based on CSAT, cost, quality, and timelines. - Contribute to capability development through completing % of trainings and certifications, increasing ACE certifications, and developing thought leadership content.
