Job Description

As a MuleSoft Administrator at our company, your role will involve managing, configuring, and maintaining the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to ensure seamless integration solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing MuleSoft environments, ensuring the overall health and performance of MuleSoft applications. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across different environments (dev, test, and production). - Deployment & Monitoring: Handle deployments, updates, and monitoring of MuleSoft applications to ensure uptime and performance. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to the MuleSoft platform, including integration, connectivity, and performance issues. - Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security policies for API and integration layers, including access controls, encryption, and logging. - Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, tune memory, CPU usage, and application logs to maintain optimum system performance. - Version Management: Manage versioning and patching of MuleSoft components and integrations. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical documentation and generate regular reports on platform usage and performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with MuleSoft developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. - Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and test backup and disaster recovery procedures for MuleSoft environments. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in managing MuleSoft environments and Anypoint Platform. - Proficient in Anypoint Platform administration, including CloudHub, API Manager, and Anypoint Exchange. - Experience with MuleSoft runtime engines (Mule 3 and Mule 4), clustering, load balancing, and high-availability configurations. - Strong understanding of API lifecycle management and securing APIs using Anypoint API Manager. - Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, and logging and monitoring tools. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments. - Understanding of security frameworks like OAuth2, SSL, SSO for MuleSoft integrations. Preferred Qualifications: - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Developer certification. - Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes for container-based deployments. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment, network protocols, and integration best practices.
