Culture Creation & Team Building Design and implement initiatives that foster an inspiring and collaborative work environment. Define and strengthen company values, ensuring they are reflected in daily operations. Lead efforts to create a high-trust, high-performance culture. 2. Talent Acquisition & Core Team Formation Identify, attract, and onboard top talent to form the company’s core team. Develop hiring strategies for scaling teams effectively. 3. Employee Engagement & Retention Build engagement programs to nurture employee satisfaction and loyalty. Implement recognition and reward programs that align with company culture. 4. Performance Management Design and implement fair and transparent performance appraisal systems. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to support career growth and skill development. 5. Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling Act as a trusted point of contact for resolving workplace issues. Ensure open communication channels and proactive resolution of conflicts. 6. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and exit processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR Management in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Ability to create culture-building strategies and translate them into actionable initiatives. Proficiency in HR tools, MS Office/Google Workspace. High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills. Why Join Us?
