We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing stock movement, coordinating financial processes, and managing documentation for domestic and export sales and purchases. Working closely with internal teams, you will handle ERP systems and ensure smooth execution of shipments while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. As a Supply Chain Operations Executive at ACE Green Recycling, you will be expected to: - Oversee stock movement, reconciliation, and inventory tracking for the plant and warehouse. - Conduct valuation and MTM reporting to support financial analysis. - Maintain Pre-processing Plant MIS to ensure data accuracy. - Collaborate with the accounts team and other internal stakeholders on reporting and resolving supply chain-related financial queries. - Ensure ERP record-keeping and stock reconciliation (Zoho ERP Preferred). - Manage the end-to-end export process for commodities, including contract preparation, sampling coordination, shipment booking, logistics tracking, and documentation flow with buyers and sellers. - Verify purchase documents and ensure timely updates in the accounting system. - Coordinate London Metal Exchange pricing updates with internal teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience. - 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the recycling, manufacturing, or logistics sector. - Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Zoho preferred) for stock management, reconciliation, and documentation. - Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics, trade documentation, and financial processes. - Excellent coordination abilities to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, buyers, and financial stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills with a detailed-oriented approach to MIS reporting and financial tracking. - Flexibility to work across different time zones and willingness to travel when required. Perform daily risk positions and explaining the variance. Weekly status update to reporting manager related to Future posting & confirmations. Posting of Future/Option in SAP based on the trade happened in exchange. Preparing the daily reconciliation of Unrealized/realized MTM on Futures/options. Preparing the daily PnL based on the market price movements. Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts in One Stream. Review & preparing different types of risk reports, eg Freight exposure etc for senior leadership. Perform the MTM calculation on month end. Updation of tracker related to daily, weekly and monthly activities. Posting the MTM in SAP on weekly / Month end. Presentation of monthly MTM issues to FP/ Controller on monthly basis. Ensure the internal finance controls, procedures in place and in compliance with company policies. Preparing the MTM adjustments and sharing with Trade accountants to post. Identify & resolve mismatches in IC balances with counterparties. SOP Preparing and updating as per current process time to time. Liaising with auditors (Internal and external) and responding to their queries. Testing for upcoming projects if any Main Accountabilities: Derivatives related activities (Future/Option/Swaps) Daily Risk Position Analysis Month end activities (MTM Pre & Post) Sox Compliances One Stream Reconciliation etc Education & Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role. Independent and meticulous with figures Strong communication & Interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams across the Globe. Strong problem solving & organization skills. Develop knowledge of the business, accounting systems, Reconciliation policy, Finance Control standards and Quality Framework and ensure compliance with these. Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change. Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems (SAP) will be added advantage. Strong Team Player. Knowledge of Europe languages will be added advantage.
