Research & Policy Support Conduct in-depth research on MedTech, healthcare, and trade policies in India andglobally. Analyse regulatory developments and market trends to provide actionable insights. Draft policy briefs, white papers, and advocacy materials to support evidence-based decision-making. 2. Secretarial & Coordination Functions Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal andexternal stakeholders. Maintain records, databases, and action trackers to ensure operational efficiency. 3. Member Engagement & Relations Act as a point of contact for member queries, ensuring responsiveness andprofessional handling. Assist in organizing member-facing events, roundtables, and engagement programs. Support outreach efforts and relationship-building with government officials, regulators, hospitals, and allied organizations. 4. Content Development & Communication Draft meeting/event summaries, and other content to highlight association activities and advocacy efforts. Collaborate with colleagues to produce thought leadership pieces and public-facing materials. Ensure consistent messaging and a professional tone across all written communications. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Public Policy, Healthcare Management, LifeSciences, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in policy advocacy, corporate secretarial work, or membership-driven organizations. Core Skills: Basic understanding of India’s MedTech or healthcare policy environment, with willingness to learn and grow. Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and presentations. Ability to engage with stakeholders and assist in organizing events or meetings. Attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to manage tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools. Policy Advocacy Support Draft position papers & policy briefs on issues impacting the MedTech sector Monitor and analyse healthcare and trade policy developments, highlighting implications for members Coordinate advocacy campaigns and meetings with government, regulators, and allied association Conduct research and benchmarking to strengthen evidence-based advocacy 3. Member Engagement & Relations Build strong relationships with member companies to understand andrepresent their priorities effectively. Organize conferences, roundtables, and meetings to enhance industrycollaboration. Act as the primary contact for member queries, ensuring responsiveness andhigh satisfaction. Support membership expansion through outreach, onboarding, andengagement programs. 4. External Stakeholder Engagement Conduct field visits and outreach to government and regulators to build relationships and gather policy insights. Proactively open doors and secure meetings with senior policymakers toadvance advocacy objectives. Represent MTaI at key forums and meetings 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with communications teams to align activities with strategic objectives.
