As a Management Trainee at Genpact, your responsibilities will include managing and administering timekeeping data, updating holiday/PTO balances and accruals, administering leaves, processing year-end tax statements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, leading improvements in quality, providing trainings, maintaining process documentation, and having a deep understanding of quality and compliance with North/South America local laws and regulations.
