Reports To: Project Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team in the MST Electrification division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of overhead electrification systems.
• Work under the supervision of senior engineers to learn project procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct basic site surveys, measurements, and documentation.
• Support wiring, cabling, and earthing work as per electrical standards.
• Learn to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
• Follow safety standards and comply with site regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Fresher).
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and power systems.
• Willingness to work on-site
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and adaptable to fieldwork
