We are looking for an experienced LMS Application Developer with hands-on expertise in loan management platforms such as Pennant , FinnOne , Lentra , OmniFin , or similar systems. The candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, integrating, and maintaining applications across the loan lifecyclesupporting origination, servicing, collections, and closures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant financial technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Customize and enhance existing LMS platforms like Pennant, FinnOne, Lentra or OmniFin. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable loan management applications. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Implement and maintain modules such as loan origination, disbursement, repayment, NPA handling, and collections. Integrate LMS with credit bureaus, payment gateways, core banking systems, and third-party APIs. Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and adhere to best practices for security, performance, and maintainability. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements. Contribute to documentation, testing strategies, and deployment planning. Ensure seamless data flow between LMS and core banking or ERP systems. Create dashboards and reports for portfolio tracking, delinquency management, and audit. Manage performance tuning, system upgrades, and platform migrations. Support UAT, SIT, and production rollouts with proper documentation and handholding. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues on LMS platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7 - 9 years of application development experience in the BFSI domain. Direct experience in working with LMS products like: Pennant (OpenLMS/Flowable/UPL Platform) Nucleus FinnOne Neo OmniFin (Intellect Design Arena) Custom-built or in-house LMS solutions Strong knowledge of loan products: Vehicle Loans, MSME, auto loans, Proficient in Java/.NET/Python or other backend technologies. Experience with REST APIs, XML/JSON, and service integrations. Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
