MS Teams Engineer

You are an experienced MS Teams Engineer with a background in administration, Cisco WebEx Unity, and voice project management. You should be ready to join immediately and possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This dynamic role may require you to work extended hours if necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and configure Microsoft Teams environments based on business requirements. - Utilize Cisco WebEx Unity for voice solutions and collaboration. - Oversee voice-related projects from implementation to troubleshooting. - Troubleshoot user call quality issues using diagnostic tools and Call Quality Dashboard. - Access, manage, and generate reports within the Microsoft Teams Admin Center. - Provision and maintain systems for emergency 911 services for office voice terminations. - Coordinate PSTN & DID management, including liaising with Masergy for related issues. - Manage trunk utilization and certificate within the Teams Admin Center. - Configure call queues, auto-attendants, and update knowledge base documents. - Collaborate with vendors, specifically Masergy, for service provider-related issues on PSTN trunks. - Monitor trunk utilization, PSTN usage, and Teams Admin Center regularly for quality issues. Additional Requirements: - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Project management experience, including tracking, collaboration, meetings, and vendor management. - Willingness to work extended hours based on project needs. Desired Skills and Qualifications: - 5 to 8 years of experience in MS Teams administration, voice projects, and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in MS Teams, Cisco WebEx Unity, PSTN, SBC, and emergency services provisioning. - Knowledge of Call Quality Dashboard and Teams Admin Center. - Experience in managing DIDs, call queues, auto-attendants, and trunk certificates. - Soft skills: Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. - Relevant certifications in MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, or related technologies would be a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
