Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform surgical procedures with precision and care, specializing in various fields to address patient needs at our multispeciality hospital

Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans that ensure the best patient outcomes

Conduct thorough pre-operative and post-operative consultations to inform and reassure patients and their families

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all surgical procedures and patient interactions

Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and incorporate these into practice to improve patient care

Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency surgical care as needed

Mentor and guide junior medical staff and residents, fostering an environment of learning and professional development

Required Qualifications

Medical degree with a specialization in surgery, and a valid license to practice as a surgeon in India

Proven experience in performing a wide range of surgical procedures with expertise in at least one specialty area

Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient and team interactions

Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest medical and surgical advancements

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and make critical decisions
