Job Title:

Working Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand existing stored procedures, functions, and scripts written in MS SQL Server.
Rewrite and optimize stored procedures to work efficiently in PostgreSQL.
Identify and address compatibility issues between T-SQL and PL/pgSQL.
Collaborate with data architects and application teams to validate and test converted logic.
Assist in performance tuning and optimization post-migration.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with
MS SQL Server
development (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers).
Working knowledge and hands-on experience in
PostgreSQL
.
Proven experience in
migrating SQL logic
from MS SQL to PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of
T-SQL vs PL/pgSQL
differences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in database performance tuning and optimization in both MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with tools used for database migration.
