Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Dosa Maker who can prepare a variety of South Indian dosas with consistency and taste. The candidate should be experienced in batter handling, dosa making, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare different types of dosas (plain, masala, rava, cheese, etc.) Manage batter consistency and fermentation. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation. Maintain inventory of dosa ingredients. Requirements: Experience in South Indian food preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
