As a MS PowerPoint Designer, your primary role will be to create visually stunning presentations with smooth animations, transitions, and engaging storytelling flow. You will be responsible for designing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external communication, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines, and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful decks. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in transforming complex ideas into visually appealing content. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication. - Design visually appealing slides, infographics, icons, illustrations, and layouts. - Add professional animations, motion effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling. - Understand project briefs and convert data/content into engaging visual narratives. - Follow branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all presentations. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop impactful decks. - Improve old presentations by redesigning, formatting, and animating slides. - Use creativity to present technical or complex information in a simple, attractive way. - Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high design standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a PowerPoint Designer / Presentation Specialist. - Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint (SmartArt, Master Slides, advanced animations, transitions). - Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and typography. - Ability to create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (optional but preferred). - Understanding of color theory, branding, and design principles. - Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail. Preferred Experience: - 14 years of professional experience in presentation design. - Experience creating presentations for corporate clients or CXOs. - Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Canva animation, or similar tools) is an added advantage, however every presentation should be in ppt format. Key Traits: - Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense. - Fast learner and excellent communicator. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
