About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Fabric Consultant to design, implement, and optimize modern analytics solutions using the Microsoft Fabric platform. The ideal candi will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI teams to deliver scalable end-to-end data solutions leveraging Fabric components such as OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Factory, Power BI, and Real-Time Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and manage data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory.
- Build and optimize Fabric Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Design data models for reporting using Power BI within Fabric.
- Implement OneLake architecture for unified data storage.
- Support real-time data processing using Fabric Real-Time Analytics (KQL).
- Optimize performance, security, and cost of Fabric solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement data governance, security, and access control in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Support data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Fabric.
- Provide technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, data quality, and performance issues.
Ideal Candi Profile
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric platform.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Fabric Data Engineering & Data Factory
- Fabric Data Warehouse & Lakehouse
- OneLake architecture
- Power BI & Semantic Models
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with Azure data services (ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Databricks).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD for data platforms using Azure DevOps or Gi b.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have
- Microsoft Fabric Certification or Azure Data Engineer Certification.
- Experience with real-time analytics using KQL.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake / Lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with cross-cloud or hybrid data integrations.
- Exposure to AI/ML workloads integrated with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
