Roles and Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recycling and rubber products industry Approach potential clients across sectors (manufacturing, Automobile, infrastructure, etc.) Conduct product presentations, explain technical benefits, and convert leads into sales Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals Follow up on orders, coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain records of client communication, sales activities, and pipeline updates Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve sales Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
