As a Manager with over 9 years of experience in MS Dynamics, your primary objective is to lead the design, development, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics applications, specifically CRM, serving as the main point of contact. Your responsibilities with clients involve translating business needs into technical CRM designs, overseeing the design, testing, and deployment phases of Dynamics CRM solutions, offering hands-on functional and technical expertise, and managing client relationships effectively. Proficiency in MSCRM Dynamics, encompassing in-depth knowledge of Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, Web APIs, and Azure is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Power Apps and the latest features within Dynamics CRM, including Sales, Marketing Service, and Field service flows, is crucial. You will be tasked with providing technical estimates for solution implementations, drawing on your expertise and experience gained from various projects. Moreover, your role includes fostering a culture of quality, promoting teamwork, providing guidance to project resources, and engaging in organizational-wide initiatives. Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 9 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM, expertise in XRM Implementations, proficiency in at least three of the following MS Dynamics CRM modules: D365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation/Project Operations. Experience in data migration processes and tools for CRM, complex CRM integrations, Agile methodology, and ADO/VSTS usage is also necessary. Candidates with a background in presenting to diverse audiences, holding a degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA, and possessing 8 to 11 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply. Desired skills include prior experience in leading and collaborating with globally dispersed teams, familiarity with agile methodologies, MCSE or MCSA certification, involvement in 4/5 end-to-end CRM Implementations, CTI Integration exposure, MVP Recognition, and FTRSA recognition.
