Position Statement / Purpose:

Manual Response time executive is required to understand performance report shared by Reporting team, sort the required details and share the correct data in stipulated time frame.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

Candidate needs to work on different reports and share the response time with the Internal team within the stipulated time
Ensuring that the shared performance report is sorted and shared in correct format with correct details.
Should be able to take up Adhoc client request and work under pressure.
Training new candidate and giving feedback to the resource
Handling JIRA related issues. Ensuring help is provided to Internal teams with respect to JIRA.

Should have hands on knowledge of MS-Excel

Should be flexible with rotational shifts and week offs.
