This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in Gurugram. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Athena Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychological testing, providing mental health counseling, offering clinical supervision, and ensuring high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices. You will play a crucial role in planning and implementing psychological assessments, creating reports of assessments, and developing psychological treatment plans. Additionally, you will guide Case Managers in managing patients, assisting with group sessions, and providing therapeutic support during therapy sessions as per the designated schedule. Furthermore, you will conduct psychotherapy sessions for allocated patients, actively engage with patients on the IPD floor alongside Case Managers, and organize activities or fun-filled sessions for patients during evening hours. Collaboration with the Senior Resident as a team member to lead the psychological recovery of patients will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on the importance and benefits of staying at Athena Behavioral Health from a psychological perspective.
