Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with an M.Pharm background. The BDE will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams. The BDE will also be responsible for understanding client needs, developing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of healthcare communication and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
• Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or related field
• Experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
