Moulding Machine Operator ( Palwal Faridabad)

The Moulding Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining injection moulding machines to ensure smooth production flow, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:

  Set up, operate, and monitor moulding machines; adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and production efficiency.

• Maintenance:

  Perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of moulding equipment.

• Quality Control:

  Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate logs of production output, machine settings, downtime, and issues encountered.

• Safety Compliance:

  Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure safe machine handling.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and fellow operators to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  
• Candidates with degrees in Plastics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or relevant fields will also be considered.
  

• Certifications (Preferred):

• Professional certifications such as RJG or equivalent in moulding technology.
  

Experience

• 3–5 years

  of hands-on experience in operating moulding machines or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  injection moulding processes

  , moulding machines, and thermoplastic material properties.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to

  diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, machine manuals, and work instructions.
  
• Understanding of

  rotational or flexible shifts
