Motion/Video Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative Motion Designer who can leverage the power of video and design to tell compelling stories. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in graphic design and experience in creating and editing various forms of video content such as explainer videos, GIFs, and testimonials. Key Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in video/motion design - Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field - Online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of motion/video design principles (mandatory) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Strong graphic design skills with expertise in typography, layout, contrast, composition, and space Responsibilities: - Develop and illustrate storyboards for video projects - Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery - Execute video projects from storyboards, sketches, and footage - Create video and motion graphics while adhering to brand style guidelines - Produce GIFs, explainer videos, demos, teasers, and short motion graphics - Edit testimonials, webinars, and other video content - Craft engaging narratives through video and motion graphic sequences - Assist with graphic design requests for various media platforms Bonus Points for: - Digital illustration skills - 3D animation skills Join our team at Spaulding Ridge and be part of an innovative company that offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our clients.
